beer tap drain

got a job with a beer tap in it. it will need a drain tray that is flush w/ the top. i was wondering how others would gring down the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) to Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) sink the drain tray. the corners of the tray seem to be particularly problematic.
